Slack – Slack is an app that makes communicating within your business quick and efficient.  It’s basically a chat room for your company and a great way to cut down on internal email.  You can stay in the loop as well as filter out unnecessary noise. It’s free for an unlimited amount of users and provides more advanced features starting at $6.97 per user per month.

Toggl –Toggl is the most popular cloud-based time tracking tool for accurate and transparent client billing, simple employee time management, and increasing personal productivity.
